One of the most inspirational and informative gatherings of worship leaders, the National Worship Leader Conference (NWLC) is a unique event that brings together musicians and songwriters, movers and shakers, theologians and scholars across the worldwide worship community.

Note on Classes: As we finalize the schedule, some classes need to shift so be sure to double check before you arrive.  Also, when you sign up for a class, it does not guarantee your seat. This schedule is available early so you can plan your day! Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Prayer refers to a wide variety of interactions in which believers engage with God. The categories of prayer—e.g., confession, petition, intercession, etc.—are so familiar that there is no need to go over them again. But other aspects of prayer emphasized in the Scriptures are less well known. For instance, prayer always occurs within a context—in fact, within a cluster of contexts. To not be aware of the cultural and personal contexts of the worshipers, we may find ourselves singing songs of joy to broken hearts and trying to lead merry hearts in laments.
